Cherokee Mush is a very simple recipe to make.
2 Cups of water
1/4 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Tps. Salt
Bring water up to a boil. After it start to boil add your salt and cornmeal to the water. Allow cornmeal mixture to cook. Cooking time will vary so you must tate it from time to time. After cooking is done you can eat it like that or add some sugar and a little milk if you have it. Enjoy.......
